Specific Skills

Requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or with technical project management. In lieu of a Masters degree in stated field, will accept a Bachelors degree in stated field plus 5 years in the job offered or with technical project management. All stated experience must include the following programming with modern software languages like JavaScript, Python, PHP, Java or C# and system level technologies embedded, firmware, RTOS, simulation, or similar; utilizing software development methodologies including Agile or Scrum as well as software development standards including CMMI or ISO 9001; working on software architecture, cloud technologies, machine learning, enterprise and embedded development and testing; Technical Project Management including coordinating work for multicultural remote teams; project and product presentation, contract negotiation, and project budgeting; liaising with customers and internal engineering teams located in Russia, Lithuania or other Eastern European markets; and handson experience or training in Quality Management Systems for medical equipment based on IEC 62304 and ISO 13485 medical device software standard. Must also have 1 year of experience in a technical sale capacity with related field experience. Travel 30 of working time. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training andor experience which would qualify an applicant for this position.
