Job Duties Design, develop, and implement new software applications in ServiceNow, eBays cyber security automation platform software. Implement and manage all technical aspects of the software platform and automation program, including threat management; response; vulnerability management; and governance, risk and compliance GRC initiatives. Work with different security teams to understand existing software applications technical requirements and build out workflows and automation for their needs in ServiceNow software. Develop and deploy user interface UI technical policies and actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps within security software applications. Build integrations from ServiceNow software to software applications such as Slack; BMC Remedy; Splunk; Qualys; Active Directory; JIRA; and, SSO.
