Specific Skills

Minimum qualifications include a Master of Science degree in Nursing or a related field. We seek candidates with general medicalsurgical nursing expertise, with experience working acute andor chronic care populations. Preference will be given to those with previous classroom, distanceonline and clinical teaching experience. The successful candidate must be committed to excellence and innovation in undergraduate teaching, to ongoing professional development, and to working closely with traditional and RN to BS students in a small university environment. Committee service and academic advising also are expected. Candidates must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.
