The position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, or a related field plus two 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related field. Position also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following Word processing, spreadsheet Excel, and database management programs in order to complete, design, and develop required reports and, financial cashflow modeling including each of the following breakeven cashflows, capitalization rate valuations, Internal rate of return IRR forecasting, cashoncash calculations, and loantovalue and debtcoverage ratios; Knowledge of common accounting reports including but not limited to balance sheets, income statements, general ledgers, trial balance and loan amortization schedules; Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information; and Advance excel, including vlookup and pivot tables.
