Position requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related and three 3 years of experience in job offered or as Associate, Analyst, or related. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, and five 5 years of progressively responsible experience. Qualifying experience must include at least two 2 years with each of the following originating, structuring and executing financial transactions, including acquisitions, buyouts, and recapitalizations; developing complex Syndicated and Leveraged Finance product execution strategies for corporate and sponsor clients; leading indepth financial, valuation and risk analysis of clients, including analyzing client financial statements, historical financial information, detailed business plans, industry information, and financial models; preparation of financial models for financial, valuation, and risk analysis; conducting negotiations and structuring complex deal documentation, including liaising with client and legal counsel, developing supportrationale for positions, and assessing financial impact of client requests; conducting market analytics on the leveraged finance markets to determine potential financing opportunities for clients and assess impacts of market trends; and FINRA rules governing investment banking. Approximately 25 travel is required to attend client presentations and due diligence sessions for live transactions.
