Experience must include, which may be gained concurrentlybr br 2 years of experience performing mechanical design for railway vehicle mechanical systems, such as carbody, truck, coupler, HVAC, interior and exterior, including 3D modeling, 2D drawing generation, and technical specification development;br 2 years of experience performing mechanical analysis for railway vehicle mechanical systems, including stress calculation, FEA Finite Element Analysis, GDT Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, thermal analysis, design for manufacture, and maintainability analysis;br 2 years of experience performing system integration and testing of railway vehicles, including interface management, weight management, CEM Crashworthiness Energy Management of vehicle, noise and vibration analysis, material and fire safety analysis, vehicle dynamic analysis, and clearance analysis; andbr 2 years of experience providing onsite issue investigation and solution, including FRACAS Failure reporting, analysis, and corrective action system, solving production technical problems to ensure the timely revenue service of vehicles for customer and timely vehicle delivery from companys production facility.
