Specific Skills

Must have a Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and at least 5 years of managerial experience working across all levels in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Must have proven track record in leading projects from formulation to commercialization. Strong understanding of FDA guidelines and requirements related to pharmaceutical product development, manufacturing and documentation. Must have successfully handled cGMP, FDAICH guidelines, PAI and cGMP inspection and CMC deficiencies IR and CR from FDA. Must have experience working with outside contract manufacturers. Strong knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical formulation development of creams, gel, ointment, solution, suspension and powder for suspension. Must be able to effectively manage all situations that may occur after inspection, and determine appropriate strategies and courses of action.
