Additionally, must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some combination of skills and abilities Previous experience developing production quality product communication systems involving wireless, radio, security and mesh networking technologies. Solid understanding of release management and defect tracking processes and ability to continually embrace and enhance existing QA functions, processes, procedures and handson proficiency with modern communication test equipment and radiobased systems tools. Selfstarter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fastpaced environment with minimal supervision. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products Outlook, Word, Excel and high level of proficiency in related engineering software. Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy. Ability to adapt to change well and quickly ramp up on new technologies, applications and testing standards. Solid understanding of release management and defect tracking processes and embracing and enhancing existing QA functions, processes, and procedures. Handson proficiency with modern communication test equipment and radiobased systems tools. Experience with tracking, assessing and reporting product quality per approved methods during development and post cycles, and coverage analysis. Excellent professional communication skills and appropriate grammar as related to utilizing communication tools including but not limited to business correspondence, email, and telephone calls. Superior organizational and time management skills and ability to efficiently and effectively handle a myriad of duties simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
