The one 1 year of IT recruitment experience must include experience with the following 1 managing a regionally based team of recruiters and administrators supporting all recruiting activities for project implementation; 2 promoting multiple recruiting plans among team members and across business units; and 3 developing and maintaining relationships with clients to expand areas of service delivery.
