Requires demonstrated experience in optimizing unit process for manufacturability. Requires mastery of principles and working knowledge of various module unit process and equipment. Requires demonstrated semiconductor equipment engineering proficiency in the following systems and analysis techniques Xsite or equivalent system equipment state tracking, SiView lot tracking, SPACE toollot SPC E3 FDC, VPD analysis, component failure analysis, JMP or other statistical analysis software, YMS defect tracking, and Setup.FC specification writing and tracking. Requires demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, customers, and internal and external partners. Requires demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Requires demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and experience in working with external constituencies. Requires strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs. Requires demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments. Requires familiarity with 5S, 8D, 6sigma, SPC, DOE, FMEA.
