Must have one 1 year of full time nonintern experience as a Designer, Architectural Designer, Technical Designer, or related position. The one 1 year of full time, noninternship, experience must include the following 1. Designing multiple nonresidential building typologies of varying scale; 2. International commercial design; 3. Working experience with BIM and computational design workflows; 4. Using computational designbased solutions to improve the design and performance of the built environment; 5. Demonstrated proficiency with Dynamo and Grasshopper; 6. Basic knowledge on programming language, such as Python and Java Script; 7. Basic knowledge of 3D modeling, Revit, Rhino, Sketch Up and Auto CAD; 8. Utilizing VR or AR to communicate design concepts to clients and colleagues; 9. Basic knowledge of visualization tools Enscape and Lumion; AND 10. Conceptual design and graphic presentation skills utilizing Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
