Specific Skills

Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or foreign equivalent plus 5 years of experience as a business intelligence engineer or a related occupation. Requires at least 5 years of experience in each of the following skills Working with big and complex data sets within large organizations; Analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction; Supporting and leading initiatives during development of cloud based analytics platform; Working collaboratively to design, build and maintain an integrative data and analytics platform from administrative claims and other data sources to support research and reporting; Working collaboratively to optimally apply data warehouse, cloud and BI architecture, data science and visualization tools and techniques i.e. dashboards; Identifying and understanding business and clinical issues to map these issues into quantitative questions; Coordinating the integration of data to determine clinical and economic trends and impact; Working with complex databases to produce statistical output and interpret results; and Communicating insights and analytical findings to a broad range of audiences. Requires at least 3 years of experience in the following Leading analytics visualization projects; Using PowerBI tool stack including visualizations, data flows, etc.; and Familiarity with cloud architecture.
