Requires a masters or foreign equivalent degree in industrial engineering technology or a related engineering field, business administration, construction management or a related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or 3 years of experiencebr performing proposal preparation, sales, marketing, engineering or estimating for power generation, power distribution, energy or oil and gas industries.
