In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of experience in FPGA development on Intel Quartus platform, highspeed transceivers, IP core development or a combination thereof.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Developing IP core with high speed transceiver interface e.g. connecting intel transceivers to external medium such as PCIe or ethernet interfaces; Three 3 years of experience designing and developing IP core on Intel Arria 10 FPGA series; Five 5 years of experience designing FPGA custom IP cores to process incoming data from high speed transceivers while keeping up with the input data rate; Programming in C, C and Python e.g., hardware API development and lab testing; Developing high throughput and low latency custom FPGA IP cores; Developing testbenches to verify FPGA IP cores; Five 5 years of experience using Intel Quartus tool e.g., using Timing Analyzer to find and fix timing closure issues; and Five 5 years of experience fixing FPGA IP cores synthesis and routing issues.
