This position requires a Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field and 2 years of work experience in Salesforce.com CRM applications and Business Analysis. Salesforce App Builder Certification is required. Also must have 2 years of work experience with the following 1. Designing business flow for applications using Salesforce Sales cloud and Service cloud objects; 2. Designing and developing application requirements using Process Builders, Workflows, Approval Process, Triggers, Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Visualforce pagesvf, Lightning Web components, Batch processes, and Apex code; 3. Performing mock Integration testing using Postman by preparing test payloads in XML and JSON formatstructures; 4. Implementing SOAP and REST API integration; 5. Setting up connections with MuleSoft, Informatica, or Web Methods middleware and integrating interfaces between Salesforce CRM and ERP system; 6. Understanding the business process related to control equipment, electrical distribution, electronic materials, components, products, and systems for industrial and construction markets to help build and enhance CRM application to manage the quoting and order management processes; 7. Writing complex SOQL and SOSL queries for support with data extraction, troubleshooting and executing scripts; 8. Facilitating data and metadata component migration between Sandboxes with respect to project timelines using Eclipse, Change Sets, Git version control system, and Dev Ops; 9. Using Data loader and Workbench to insert, update, upsert, export, and delete data; 10. Bridging the business requirement and technical architecture design by evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions; 11. Incorporating Agile methodologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement using JIRA or Rally and creating usecases, process flows, workflows, and infographics using Visio; 12. Gathering functional requirements from business users and stakeholders for salesforce application implementation; and 13. Preparing process flows setting mockups reviewed and approved, suggesting technical design, and keeping track of them in JIRA or similar issue tracker tools.
