Engineering or quality experience in GMP, SQF, or HACCP environment is required. HACCP and Food Defense certification required. Experience with statistical process control, CPK charts and quality trending required. Employer will accept alternative MS degree in ME, Industrial or Quality Engineering with 3 years experience in the ability to perform the job with the skill sets outlined above.br br H.12 The requirements of 5 years of experience with a BS degree or 3 years of experience with an MS degree, with the HACCP certification are needed for this senior position due to the complexity of the industrial and ME knowledge needed to perform the job duties in our industry. Our organization manufacturers food containers among other container products, thereby requiring the HACCP Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point and Food Defense certification. The HACCP ensures the individual has completed courses for food safety control and can develop systems to control the Critical Control Point in manufacturing. Advanced knowledge and the ability to ensure quality processing and safety measures are needed to deliver customizes prototypes and final products for our customers. The specific job details in H.11 warrant these additional years of experience needed to lead the quality processing of our production and operations.
