Skills Required Must have demonstrated quantitative knowledge including linear algebra, probability theory, numerical optimization and mathematical analysis. Must have demonstrated knowledge of quantitative data mining, pattern recognition techniques, including multivariate regression, timeseries analysis and neural networks. Must have demonstrated statistical knowledge, including statistical estimation, Monte Carlo methods, Bayesian techniques, and statistical inference. Must have demonstrated knowledge of financial statistics, including timeseries modeling, risk factor modeling and quantitative alpha modeling. Must have demonstrated ability to perform statistical data analysis and predictive machine learning modeling on large financial data sets, including US equity data.
