This position requires three 3 years of experience contributing to origination efforts of new business opportunities; and negotiating MA documents including nondisclosure agreements NDAs and Stock Purchase Agreements SPA. This position requires one 1 year of experience with the following skills analyzing MA industry trends in Latin American countries; financial market dynamics, financial reporting, discount rate adjustments, and inflation accounting in Latin American countries; and advising Latin American clients on MA and capital raising strategies. This position requires up to 50 domestic and international travel.
