Position requires a Bachelor#x19;s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field of study, plus 7 years of experience in the job offered, or as an Associate Manager, Computer Programmer Analyst, or similar position in the IT environment. Must have 7 years of experience with each of the following working with system analysis and application development; coordinating offshore delivery teams; managing IT releases, implementation and shakeout calls; managing scope and resources; and managing issues for IT projects. Must also have 4 years of experience with each of the following working with CRM technologies, including Salesforce Services, Sales and Financial Services cloud; working with Waterfall, Iterative and onshoreoffshore delivery models; communicating IT results and project updates to customers and colleagues through oral presentations and written communication; and working on various RDBMS applications, including SQL and troubleshooting ETLs in Informatica and SSIS packages in SQL. Additionally, must have 1 year of experience working with Cisco telephony systems, Verint call recording capabilities, and iEX workforce management. Specific experience must also include working with projects in PC insurance; and working with CRM implementation and integration with Guidewire Policy center suite. Must be willing to occasionally travel within the US. Option to work remotely is available.
