Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field of study, plus 7 years of experience in the job offered, or as an Application Development Specialist, or similar position in application development. Must have 4 years of experience with each of the following working in the insurance industry software development; and working with an object oriented programming language. Must also have 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Additionally, specific experience must include each of the following working with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud Connect, Audience Builder, and SQL Query builder; working with web technologies including HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java; working with SOAP and Rest API; building and maintaining marketing automation campaigns that nurture prospects through email and form template creation, landing page development, and list segmentation; developing reporting and dashboards to communicate campaign and marketing effectiveness; working with optimization, campaign, and lead management through CRM platforms; and performing campaign execution. Must have Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant certification. Must be willing to occasionally travel within the U.S. Option to work remotely is available. Please note that Mr. Gidwani obtained the required Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant certification Credential ID 19347181 on November 3, 2018 prior to joining Farmers on August 22, 2019.
