Must have a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering or foreign equivalent, and 2 years of experience. Qualifying experience must be as an Engineer or substantially similar position performing the following Plan and implement lean manufacturing processes of automotive components for production lines that utilize welding, hotforming, and coldforming processes. Improve production line manufacturing performance and manage costs effectively by implementing lean manufacturing, lean Six Sigma techniques and SWOT analysis. Utilize ProModel and Operations Research techniques to identify and eliminate sources of waste to maximize process performance. Use ANOVA Analysis of variance and DOE Design of Experiments to find the variations in different processes.
