Must have 2 years of experience with the following skills ability to select, prepare and present technical and commercial proposals of gear units, gear motors, couplings spare parts and service utilizing internal selection tools or catalogs; demonstrate knowledge and familiarity with customer specification for purchase of gear units, gear motors, couplings and possess a strong level of technical knowledge on designing of gear units, gearmotors and couplings Flender and other brands to the application in cement industry, mining industry, extruders, paper machines, pump, metal working mills, chemical industry, waste water treatment, cooling towers, compressor and conveyors applications; expertise in gear units for application in vertical mills, horizontal mills and central drives mills load sharing gear units; girth gear units; planetary gear units in applications for crushing of minerals, ores, coal, or cement clinker; knowledge of complex condition monitoring system for gear units and its applicability; ability to calculate and analyze the strength of the bearings and shafts; Ability to calculate the load capacity for gearing and shafts, according specifics standards as well as the safety factor against pitting and tooth strength; ability to analyze the distribution factor KHB and its impacts in a specific load application; ability to calculate the heat generation and heat dissipation thermal calculation and condition of the gear unit in order to guarantee the equilibrium between heat generation and heat dissipation below specified limits of temperature; ability to analyze drawings and equipment Bill of Materials to offer the appropriate gear units, gear motors or spare parts to meet the customers expectations in a costeffective and timely manner; offer alternative solutions to optimize profitability while meeting customer needs; experience in direct sales to the customers is considered as an advantage; excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office tools, Outlook, SAP. Knowledge of Flender CFG Calculation of Flender Gear units, Flender DT Configurator, Flender TeamCenter, Flender XCat is an advantage; sales customer service application engineering experiences inside or outside sales; advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office tools Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge of specific selection tools for Power Transmission Industry. Approximately 10 travel required.
