PH.D. in History or related degree. Foreign equivalent degree accepted. Completed dissertation in Modern Chinese History with emphasis in borderlands and ethnicity. Demonstrable ability to teach courses including, but not limited to, Modern Chinese History, Chinese Cultural History, Borderlands and Ethnicity, and Research Theories and methodologies.
