Such methodologies include, for example, Hidden Markov Models, Mixture Models, Dirichlet Processes, Gaussian Processes, Dynamic Generalized Linear Models, Latent Space Model;br 4 Advanced knowledge in computational statistics methods to obtain numerical solutions to statistically formulated problems, including the following methods NewtonRaphson Method, Fisher Scoring method, ExpectationMaximization method, Gradient Descent method, Monte Carlo method, and Markov Chain Monte Carlo method;br 5 Using machine learning and data mining to discover patterns in large datasets;br 6 Programming languages Python, R, SQL to process, transform, and visualize large datasets and build statistics and machine learning models in an algorithmically efficient fashion; andbr 7 Advanced knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch and experience implementing neural network models such as LSTMs, word2vec, autoencoders using these tools.
