Must have two 2 years of related interior design experience with all of the following 1 Test fitting, space planning, predesign and design experience in higher ed interiors; 2 Building from and managing robust higher ed guidelines; 3 2D3D modeling in 3D Studio Max; AutoCAD, Revit; and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design; 4 Translating architects sketches and CAD documents into realized 3D models and images;br 5 Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings with high level of proficiency; AND 6 Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Architectural Design, or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors related interior design experience. Two 2 years of the five 5 years of progressive postbachelors related interior design experience must include experience with all of the following 1 Test fitting, space planning, predesign and design experience in higher ed interiors; 2 Building from and managing robust higher ed guidelines; 3 2D3D modeling in 3D Studio Max; AutoCAD, Revit; and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design;4 Translating architects sketches and CAD documents into realized 3D models and images; 5 Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings with high level of proficiency; AND 6 Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
