Must have three 3 years of experience if Masters or five 5 years of experience if Bachelors with Structuring, analyzing and executing transactions inclusive of large, complex and crossborder transactions for companies in the Technology, Media and Telecom TMT space specializing in Technology; working on various types of Mergers Acquisitions MA transactions in Technology, including sale of a company, acquisition of another company, joint ventures, carveouts spinoffs and various types of capital markets transactions including IPOs, followons, debt and convertible debt offerings; reviewing complex valuation and financial analysis in transactions for the Technology sector, including merger model analysis, leveraged buyouts, discounted cash flow analysis, sum of the parts analysis and IPO pro forma analysis; developing and nurturing relationships with clients in the Technology sector and potentially generating new business opportunities within the sector; developing, reviewing and presenting complex presentations and financial models including MA and LBO analyses to Clevel executives of clients in the Technology sector on MA, corporate strategy and financing alternatives; leading dialogue when liaising with other senior bankers, clients, and product experts throughout the firm in assisting clients with executing complex financial transactions involving debt and equity products; leading financing committee discussions within the bank, including equity and credit committees with senior bankers for large financing transactions; facilitating live deal execution, including facilitating due diligence processes, negotiating legal agreements with lawyers and deal constituents targets, buyers, investors, etc., organizing and attending deal and nondeal roadshows and liaising other investment banks and other parties within the investment banking division; assisting senior bankers with reviewing, guiding and coordinating junior professionals work product, including reviewing financial modeling work and presentations prepared for live deals, corporate board meetings, investment banking pitches and client service projects on corporate finance topics, including experience reviewing memorandums required to gain internal approvals from typical investment banking committees; and generating and presenting potential acquisition ideas to Technology clients that would be a good strategic fit and financial attractive for their existing businesses.br br FINRA Series 79 license required.br br Travel required up to 5 of the time to global client sites.
