This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field and 5 years combined progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience in Financial Management Analysis, Accounting, Sales and Business Development positions; and at least 5 years work experience in Agricultural or Manufacturing based companies. Must also have 5 years of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 developing and managing multiyear financial plan and periodic forecast; 2 identifying actual and potential deviations from financial plans, ascertain basis for deviations, and take corrective action, and making recommendations for adjustment to accommodate changes in funding levels; 3 providing analytical tools and various analysis to financial users in order to enhance understanding prior to making a decision; 4 identifying process efficiencies and internal control issues as well as standardizing accounting procedures; and 5 developing systematic financial process and data collection through data base programming.
