Must have two 2 years of design experience with the following 1 modeling using 2D3D software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Octane, 3ds MAX, and Rhino utilizing VRay; 2 Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator; InDesign, Photoshop, Grasshopper, and Enscape; 3 Sketchup by hand using pencil, pen, and markers; and translate the sketches and documents utilizing 2D3D models and images; 4 experience with materials, construction techniques, and building codes; 5 utilizing Building Information Modeling BIM and parametric design software, including Grasshopper; 6 produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings; AND 7 collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience as Technical Designer, Architectural Designer, or related position.
