Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Tax or a closely related field. Either a current and valid Certified Public Accountants License, or be working toward obtaining the license by taking and passing the California State CPA Exam. At least three years of experience in reviewing and preparing US international tax related compliance engagements.br br In the alternative LLM or J.D. with a tax concentration and a valid state law license and at least one year of experience in reviewing and preparing US international tax related compliance engagements.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience will be accepted.br br Occasional same day travel for work at clients offices, meetings and seminars.br br Occasional overtime work required throughout the year.
