This position requires a Masters degree in Project Management or a related field and 10 years of work experience in engineering, project management leadership, and software development lifecycles. Also must have work experience with 1. Planning, directing and managing technology projects including creating plans for the execution of technical projects with details on schedule, resource, and cost. 2.
