Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Taxation, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus six years of experience reviewing tax returns, tax provisions and work papers for multinational clients globally. Experience must include six years of leading tax transformation and governance performance measures, including assessing, benchmarking and workshopping current and future state of tax functionsoperating models at large organizations; undertaking implementation work to improve and transform the deployment of people, process and technology for tax at clients; performing engagement and management on major tax transformation projects, including internal resourcing, project management, and reporting to executive management at clients; managing teams throughout all stages of the engagement life cycle; writing tax policy documents for large corporations and organizations; developing tax policies for large multinational companies, including investment vehicles and funds; and assessing and implementing improvements to client risk management frameworks to comply with regulatory regimes on tax controls, including SarbanesOxley and local regimes.
