Must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related technical field, and at least 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in electrical andor electronic engineering in an automotive andor heavy duty vehicle environment. All stated experience must also include at least 3 years of experience in each of the following analyzing and providing technical design solutions to complex electrical systems issues for heavy duty vehicles; CADbased engineering design utilizing 3DCAD software, e.g. Unigraphics or Solidworks; working on electrical control systems utilizing programming languages, e.g. C and Linux Mentor Graphics, CodeSys; designing electrical harnesses using harness design software, e.g. VeSys; utilizing PDM software, e.g. Teamcenter or Vault; utilizing brake system control software, e.g. Wabco Toolbox, Bendix ACOM; utilizing engine control software, e.g. Cummins Insite; and utilizing transmission control software, e.g. Allison DOC. Must be willing to travel 10 domestic. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
