Bachelors degree in Architecture or Engineering. Ten years experience as a Director, Engineer, Architect, Project Manager, or related which includes ten years of progressively responsible administrative and supervisory experience in facility design, construction andor management in universities. Experience must include delegating and supervising the work of planning, project management and support staff, and work with academic individuals and groups on a variety of issues.
