Also requires skills 5 yrs exp in ASC 740, tax provisions, complex corporate tax provision and compliance engagements for public multinatl and multistate corps in various industries, BD and RFP process on tax side, and leading team.br BUSINESS NECESSITY Further to H.12 All job opportunity requirements are normal except that the minimum qualifications requirements for this job appear to exceed the typical requirements per the OES Job Zone 4 definition. The job requirements are absolutely necessary for this particular type and level position, because Tax Director is a senior management position within our structure. The work involves strategic leadership of operational functions, departments, teams and staff including supervision of managers and supervisors, and the entire tax services and business development pipeline for Macias, Gini OConnell LLP. In order to have effective credibility to function in this highlevel role, the Tax Director must have relevant credentials and a significant experience background. This level of ability with tax industry products and management responsibility involves advanced skills that require any employee in this position to hold significant relevant qualifications. Such abilities only come with the required minimum level of qualifications.
