Staff Accountant is required to be fluent in Chinese mandarin including speaking, reading and writing.br Victory Maritime Services USA is a professional freight forwarding company specializing in ChinaU.S. trade lane, with over 95 of shipments importing from China to the United States.The employer must work closely with the vendorsclients based in China e.g.local Chinese factories, shipping companies, freight agents etc, or local vendorsclients in the U.S. founded by Chinese immigrants who are unable to communicate in English effectively. Staff Accountant needs to communicate with the vendorsclients in Chinese Mandarin frequently for preparing and analyzing accounting records, reviewing invoices and preparing payments, collecting accounting receivables and resolving discrepancies, performing reconciliation accurately, reviewing plenty of documents written in Chinese to collect, analyze and report the information accurately. In addition, all the employees including management of the employer are Chinese native speakers. Fluency in Chinese will help Staff Accountant communicate and interact with internal team effectively and efficiently. Especially, employers management is Chinese native speaker and lacking in English proficiency.
