Experience must include eighteen months of participating in workshops and designing, building, testing, and implementing eGRC Governance, Risk and Compliance toolsplatforms, including RSA Archer, to help organizations develop practical solutions to achieve better visibility over key components of their thirdparty risk programs, including various risk domains, leveraging leading vendor GRC platforms or custombuilt solutions; developing program guidance documents including thirdparty risk management TPRM policies, procedures, and standards; designing, implementing, and executing cyber and thirdparty risk frameworks, key risk and performance indicators, and reporting methodologies based on industry standards and regulatory requirements; building training modules and developing training materials to provide businesses and risk functions an overview of third parties and associated risks, endtoend TPRM process, and high level roles and responsibilities; participating in proposal development efforts; serving as Business Information Security Officer BISO within business engineering team for applications, including Minitab, and IBM System Architecture; providing recommendations for improved and enhanced business efficiency to clients, and designing and implementing solutions to integrate security into processes to enable business growth and manage risks; providing smart automation and digital solutions, including Robotic Process Automation RPA and Artificial Intelligence AI, for insurers and banks through Case Management, Business Process Management BPM and Enterprise Content Management ECM platforms along with robust industry and marketspecific process frameworks; and creating architecture PoV documents to describe the architecture types app, data, integration, security, purposes, guiding principles, reference architectures, preferred architecture patterns, related technologies, and roles associated with implementing each architecture. Position requires approximately 90 travel.
