Specific Skills

The position requires a Bachelors Degree or higher or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in jet engine test cell designjet engine test engineering. All stated experience must include Experience with Aero engine components, controls, assembly, test or quality methods; Experience using Jet engine specific DACS software from Test Cells OEM Data Acquisition and Control Systems Architecture, functions, major components and controls operation and troubleshooting; Experience changing displays, using DACS troubleshooting tools, changing configuration, directing test sequences and coordinating test objectives; Experience with engines and engine test cells capabilities, constraints and operation; Technical and handson achievements related to product design, development, installation or support; Managing and leading largescale, complex, multidiscipline projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and partners; Serving as technical expert in the field of maintenance; Presenting to customers; Serving as sole representative at a customer site with the authority to lead installation, commissioning, operations as well as customer communication; Developing training materials and providing internal and external trainings courses; Authoring and authorizing new functional test and acceptance criteria for products and aftermarket activities. Must be able to travel 10 of time both domestically and internationally. Company will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
