We are also a national leader in home lending with loan centers across the country.br br Due to the technical nature of the services we provide and the myriad of regulatory requirements that our Bank must adhere to, Flagstar maintains its own inhouse IT department, which is responsible for designing software programs and maintaining our IT infrastructure specifically tailored to meet the needs of our Bank and to continually increase the efficiency of our services while protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of the financial and banking records of our customers.br br The position of Senior Financial Systems Administrator is an essential position within the Bank. The Senior Financial Systems Administrator acts as a liaison between Finance and the IT department to facilitate the support of the Finance Reporting environment, including problem analysis and solution development. The person must interpret business requirements and develop additional processes to support Financial Planning Analysis FP A, Financial Accounting, and General Accounting, including Essbase cubes, additional mappings from the Finance Reporting environment to Hyperion Planning and Essbase databases. The Senior Financial Systems Administrator is also responsible for developing calculation scripts, business rules, load rules, partitions, SmartView templates, planning forms, data load processes and data reconciliations to support new or revised processes for Finance.br br To adequately perform the duties, it is necessary that the Senior Financial Systems Administrator, possess, at a minimum, a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or Engineering Electrical, or Electronics and a minimum of seven 7 years of financial reporting management experience, including entire EPM architecture and data flow between DRM, Essbase, Shared Services, Workspace, Planning, HSF, and MaxL scripts, including experience with Oracle EPM Cloud and onpremise applications.br br A person who fills the proffered position within the Bank cannot properly carry out the duties and responsibilities of a Senior Financial Systems Administrator without the required experience in the stated skill sets and formal education.
