Must have three years experience representing both borrowers and lenders in domestic and crossborder secured and unsecured lending transactions, including acquisition financing, syndicated lending, project financing and workouts, with deal values ranging from tens of million dollars to several billion dollars.br br QUALIFICATIONS OF THE FOREIGN NATIONAL As detailed in Section J, the foreign national holds a Juris Doctor JD degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law 2016. She is admitted to the New York State Bar as of February 27, 2017. Additionally, she possesses in excess of three years experience as a Finance Law ClerkAssociate. Specifically, she was employed by Milbank LLP as a Law Clerk between September 26, 2016 and February 26, 2017. She was further employed as an Associate at Milbank LLP between February 27, 2017 and January 17, 2020. In this capacity, Ms. Cho gained experience in representing both borrowers and lenders in domestic and crossborder secured and unsecured lending transactions, including acquisition financing, syndicated lending, project financing and workouts, with deal values ranging from tens of million dollars to several billion dollars. Accordingly, the foreign national meets the requirements for the job opportunity.br br Regarding Section H.12, please note that the employers requirements for the position are normal. First, as indicated by DOLs ONET source, the Lawyer occupation requires a JD or LLM and several years of experience. Moreover, as noted in DOLs Occupational Outlook Handbook source, to practice law in any state, a person must be admitted to its bar under the rules established by the jurisdictions highest court.br br Regarding Section I.19, the employer posted a notice of the job opportunity along with a copy of its Employee Referral Program in their New York, NY office in a conspicuous location from April 22 2021 to May 12 2021.
