Specific Skills

Requires a masters or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, cyber security or a related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or 3 years of experience applying TCPIP networking and application protocols concepts. Also requires 3 years of experience using encryption technologies; developing with scripting languages; and applying the following communication protocols, including realization of protocol structures and troubleshooting MODBUS, MODBUSTCP, DNP3, IEC 61850 and IEC608705104. In lieu of a masters degree and 3 years of experience, employer will accept a bachelors degree in the aforementioned fields and 5 years of experience as stated above.
