Specific Skills

Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus three years related experience is required, or in the alternative, Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, plus five years related experience. Must be a licensed Professional Engineer. Experience must include working with complex engineering client standards and metrics, and with NEC, NESC, and IEEE standards. Experience must include grounding and lightning analysis using WiniGS and CDEGS; Substation illumination analysis using Visual and AG132. Experience using Revu Bluebeam to support engineering design coordination and quality checks is required. Experience implementing DCB, DTT, DCUB, and POTT protection schemes is required. Must have fundamental understanding and experience with circuit breakers, instrumentation transformers, surge arresters, insulators, and disconnect switch vendor drawings. Must have experience with protection and control implemented in substations using SEL relay. Must have experience to interface SEL relays for substation automation. Must have good written and verbal communications skills in English. All applicants must be able to complete preemployment onboarding requirements if selected which may include anyall of the following criminalcivil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
