MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSbr br Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.br br Must have 4 years of experience as a client serving professional or as a consultant advising on Risk Enabled Performance Management.br br Must have 3 years of experience with Enterprise Risk Management and GRC tools.br br Must have 3 years of experience with any combination of the following risk management control frameworks COSO, ISO, OCEG, NIST, HIPAA, or PCI.br br Must have 3 years of experience with implementing RSA Archer, Metric Stream, or both.br br Must have 4 years of experience in eitherbr designing or performing assessments in a risk management program including risk governance, risk appetite and risk tolerance, risk assessment, risk mitigation strategies, integration of risk management and strategicbusiness planning processes, and integration of risk management functions;br conducting compliance assessments, documenting issues and creating action plans.br br Must have 2 years of experience leading project teams engaged in compliancerisk activities including risk management control frameworks, implementation of GRC tools in doing one of the following designing or performing assessments for risk management programs; or conducting compliance assessments, documenting issues and creating action plans for compliance programs.br br Must be eligible to have CPACA, CIA, CISA, CIPT, CISSP, CRiSC or other relevant certification within one year of hire or promotion.br br Domestic and international travel required up to 80 of the time to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
