Specific Skills

Requires Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in architecture or civil engineering. Also Requires one year of experience supporting operations of largescale multimillion dollar industrial and commercial projects performing the following reviewing and analyzing project construction drawings and specifications; reviewing and coordinating the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage and fire protection system design and installation for projects utilizing programs such as Autocad and 3DMax; preparing internal construction inspection plans including a checklist of inspection points of construction and installation; and inspecting all phases of construction and installation for compliance with drawings, specifications, and acceptable safe operating, installation and construction practices.
