Specific Skills

Equity research experience in a global sector with experience assessing macroeconomic impacts, including, but not limited to, fluctuating energy prices, movements in interest rates, and changes in FX rates, in order to articulate an investment view. Experience analyzing companies within different industry sectors for earnings impact, sensitivities and publishing reports based on the conclusions from assessing the accretivedilutive nature of corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financing. Demonstrated knowledge of valuation frameworks, accretiondilution, and pro forma analysis. Financial modeling and valuation experience, including DCF, Sum of the Parts analysis, and comparable company analysis methods. Experience leading deepdive research from idea generation to authoring fullvolume reports with detailed investment recommendations. Experience with the IPO process pertaining to equity research, including vetting, due diligence, investor education, financial modeling, and research initiation. Experience with threestatement modeling of complex financial structures, including UpC, Holdco holding company, OpCo operating company, and DevCo developing company structures for the companies within the industry coverage. Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel tools and VBAmacros. Experience with adoption of updated accounting standards ASU 201602, ASU 201811 and ASU 201901 related to lease accounting Topic 842, credit losses Topic 326 and revenue from customer contracts Topic 606 for financial modeling. Experience conducting marketing meetings with a variety of institutional investors, establishing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, international specialist sales team and equity trading teams.
