The position requires a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, computer information systems, engineering, or a related technical field and four years of experience in the job offered or in storage solutions. Will accept two additional years of stated experience in lieu of a bachelors degree. Stated experience must include presales storage solution design, system sizing, and project planning; accurately sizing storage solutions for customers and verifying that deployed systems align with the customers requirements; responding to requests for proposal RFPs; analyzing and identifying missing product support features; and partnering with product teams on the rollout of the newest product updates and feature requests, including identifying pilot clients, coordinating onboarding, and gathering and acting on client feedback.
