The position of Supply Quality Manager North America requires a Bachelors degree or its foreign equivalent from an accredited institution in Food Science, Chemistry, Food Safety and Technology or a related field and six 6 years of progressively responsible, postbaccalaureate related work experience. In the alternative, employer will accept a Masters degree or its foreign equivalent from an accredited institution in Food Science, Chemistry, Food Safety and Technology or a related field and four 4 years of progressively responsible, postbaccalaureate related work experience.br br Additionally, the applicant must have Experience with GFSI standards including SQF, BRC, IFS or FSSC 22000; Experience with HACCP, GMP, Food safety and quality systems, as well as relevant laws and regulations including FDA FSMA requirements; Experience with Global G.A.P. standards including IFA, HPSS and PHA; Experience with assessing food fraud vulnerability assessments and mitigation strategies; Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Visual Basic and SAP systems; and Experience in leading food safety audits of suppliers, including large, complex audits with a supply spend up to 20 Million dollars, and coordinating global crossfunctional teams supporting the food safety audit process.br br PER 20 CFR 656.17 H4 ANY SUITABLE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE IS ALSO ACCEPTABLE.
