Five 5 years of progressively responsible experience with Managing compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements, including all Sales Tax and Property Tax requirements imposed by the State; Managing Loans guaranteed by federal government, covenants, follow up and periodically reports to Department of Energy by overseeing financial and compliance requirements solar power plant and transmission line projects; Managing and tracking sales taxes on invoices in order to comply with state laws; Managing compliance with all legal and contractual requirements including, but not limited, to risk matrix analysis and contract review; Leading the preparation of reports under US GAAP and IFRS utilizing accounting and management reporting tools; Performing regular Contracts and Covenants analysis to ensure that all Internal Audit issues are resolved; Analyzing monthly operating results against budgets, and producing cash positions; Completing and performing regular reviews of PL Account, Trial Balance, and Cash Flow statements and Treasury Management by overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Annual Reports and Monthly and Quarterly reports; Managing the tracking of and the preparation of Operating and Maintenance OM cost and revenue reports and Trial Balance reports; Ensuring budget and forecast compliance by utilizing rolling forecast tools and internal systems such as SAP; Advanced skills in Excel to deal with reporting and financial model updates; and SAP administrator managing users and roles assignment. 20 domestic and international travel is required. Monthly to the plants located in the United States as well as internationally.
