Routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, OSPFv3, EIGRP, and RIP; 7. Troubleshooting complex networking issues and resolving performance issues using tools including Wireshark, Subnet and IP Calculator, PING, Traceroute, ipconfig and ifconfig, nslookup, netstat, PuTTY, mRemoteNG, and Linux based tools; 8. Firewall concepts including Application Identification, User Identification, Data Filtering, and Mobile security; 9. Decryption, IPv6, VPN, and virtualization security networking features; 10. Performing case audits, case queue management and driving customer escalations; 11. Training and mentoring engineers on best practices and technical support service skills per service level agreements; 12.
