Experience must include eighteen months of analyzing clientuser requirements and business needs and educating clientuser regarding technical implementation feasibility for robotic process automation RPA functionality; streamlining IT systems through simplifying data flow, reducing data dependencies, eliminating data redundancy, and keeping the quality of information governance in compliance and refining the business logic; developing and maintaining use cases, user stories, processsolution design documents SDDPDD, and business requirement documents BRD for the implementation of future state automation and cognitive capabilities; developing RPA client architecture and solution proposal focus on scalability and extensibility using various RPACognitiveArtificial intelligence AICloud automation tools, including Automation anywhere, Blue Prism, UIPath, WorkFusion SPA 8.4, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services AWS; designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPA bots that interact with multiple thirdparty IT applications; implementing data analytics strategies, platform modernization and digital enablement using Continuous Integrations and Continuous Delivery and DevOps toolchain, including Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, and Cucumber tools; performing software design code reviews of frontend and backend systems for RPA bots of other team members to ensure conformity to the established coding conventions and guidelines; collaborating with the digital securitycompliance team to define security standards for the robots, including assessment against IT security policy requirements; performing requirements gathering; and mentoring and coaching junior team members.
