Bachelors or higher degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus eighteen months of business and intangible assets valuation experience. Experience must include eighteen months of performing and reviewing valuations of business and financial assetsliabilities for tax, management planning, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting purposes; performing, reviewing, supporting, and analyzing valuations in accordance with FASB and GAAP; performing and reviewing independent valuation services in accordance with ASC 350, and assessing the reasonableness of the inputs utilized; performing research and valuations using Bloomberg and Capital IQ; performing fair value analysis on fixed income, simple capital structure equity, and complex capital structure equity instruments; performing financial and valuation analysis and economic and industry assessments for clients in the consumer business industry and drafting business valuation reports and findings memoranda; utilizing generally accepted valuation approaches, including cost market income approach; and utilizing valuation methods and models, including cash flow method, guideline public company method, relief from royalty method, excess earnings method, multiperiod model, and option pricing model. Less than 10 travel outside of normal commuting distance.
